The location is very convenient - close to the shopping area, airport, and restaurants, making shopping comfortable. The queen room is well-appointed, with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

Recently refurbished and generous-sized room with a king sized bed was enjoyable.

The room was functional with very comfy beds a feather pillows, and the breakfast was exceptionally nice and sensational. The location of the hotel was marvellous and ideal - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Henrietta Plaza;))

The hotel is located in a suburban area with plenty of options around. the rooms are clean and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. - I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return in the future.

Easy check-in, generally great service. Newly remodelled rooms with 2 beds for hotel guests. Outstanding food for breakfast at the lobby. Helpful and exceptional staff and quick to respond. Location very close to restaurants and Rochester and shopping area.

Walls too thin. Heard man next door vomiting all night. Did not sleep. The rooms need sprucing up. Was not aware construction in lobby and first floor.

Hotel was being remodeled and I stayed on the old side and was still happy with my room so once the remodeling is done should be great

The breakfast was excellent with hot items and an orange, just as I hoped, and the location was great being near restaurants, with well-stocked rooms.

The breakfast had lots of options, including eggs, cookies, and bacon. We loved the rooms with 2 beds. - the location was peaceful and very convenient, close to the mall, restaurants, fast food chains, stores.

The rooms where dirty and curtains torn and dirty. Staff wasn't friendly and the tiolet did not work in one of our rooms. Place was under renovations.

Very convenient location, beds were comfy.

Bathroom was very tiny with a small vanity in the bedroom. Not very convenient. Extension cords were used for the TV and lamp over the small desk. Had to plug computer into this cord also.
